THE TEAM

Ash (aka ‘Splash’), Founding Director & Creative Partner. Specialisms: video and sound editing, and music (including original composition). Ash is a semi-professional musician with years of experience in video and sound production, including setting up a corporate video/TV channel in the financial sector.

Kev (aka ‘Wooffy’ or ‘The Dog’), Founding Director & Creative Partner.  Specialisms: storyboarding, copy, aerial video and photography (drone ops).  Kev has had a wide range of careers including Merchant Navy Deck Officer, Royal Air Force fast-jet aircrew, project manager and business owner in training which serves all sectors.

Ali, a rare person who combines a huge capacity for creativity along with a huge capacity for organisation – the organisational spine of Splashdog Media. Alison is also a professionally trained actor and has years of experience managing within creative companies.

Kate, formerly an HR manager, and professional salsa dance instructor, performer and international event manager, now has her own graphic design business. She’s pretty cool, and came up with the name Splashdog and our wonderful logo – good, huh?

Saffi, carefree mascot and inspiration. A very silly dog – contributes nothing towards the business except a constant reminder that life should be fun.

Derek does not have fun because he is a machine – but he is kind of fun, and gives us perspectives that we simply couldn’t get without him (and his other friends that we also operate).
